Yes, this is THE Tiderunner boat featured in Forrest Gump... the one ...Tom Hanks....playing Forrest Gump, jumped from and swam ashore when he saw Lieutenant Dan onshore. It's right at the Gay Fish Company on Saint Helena Island..across the road from the Shrimp Shack. I sadly report it wont be there forever because it is decaying badly.
